Torresco Realty was engaged by the building owner/developer to locate, negotiate and close a transaction for the last floor available in the newly constructed Gotham Plaza. Torresco was able to produce a viable tenant achieving a 20 year/30,000 s.f. fully endorsed lease. This transaction represents approximately 1/3 of the overall building square footage with an aggregate value of $17,000,000.
